As a Sr. PP&C Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the ESS Portfolio. You will be accountable for analyzing and managing project planning and control activities to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise in project management, data thoughtfulness, and attention to detail will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell ESS.
You will report directly to our Project Planning & Control Manager, and you'll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the project execution and financial performance of the Honeywell ESS business unit by providing accurate and timely project planning and control, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize project performance.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Analyze and manage project planning and control activities for Honeywell ESS
+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
+ Monitor project performance and identify risks and opportunities
+ Provide insights and recommendations to drive project success
+ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and coordination

Key Responsibilities
+ Analyze program and process data to identify areas for improvement
+ Develop and implement strategies to enhance program and process efficiency
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
+ Provide recommendations to optimize cost management and risk mitigation
+ Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders
+ Support the execution of programs and projects by ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards and guidelines
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and control or a related field
+ Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies
+ Proficiency in data thoughtfulness and reporting tools
+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
+ Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
**WE VALUE**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
+ Experience in the Oil & Gas or a related field
+ Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) ethics
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
+ Primavera P6 scheduling software / Hexagon Ecosys Portfolio Management Software experience
+ SAP experience
