We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer & Data Analyst to lead the design, development, and maintenance of dynamic and insightful BI dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of business data, and the technical expertise to transform data into strategic insights that drive decision-making. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels at working with stakeholders, shaping data models, and delivering actionable analytics.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or a similar role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals).
• Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
• Expertise in Python and Expertise in Django Framework
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Microsoft Power BI or Azure certifications.
