As a Senior Program Manager for Amazon's Global Compensation Programs, you will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of complex compensation initiatives that drive significant impact across Amazon's global operations. The Compensation Programs team supports Amazon's global employee population by defining and delivering compensation strategy, programs, and operational infrastructure. We establish and maintain the frameworks that enable effective compensation delivery across Amazon's business units worldwide.
Our work spans both strategic transformation and operational excellence. This includes reimagining existing compensation programs while identifying opportunities for innovation. We also manage critical operational activities such as system architecture, data governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
