You’ll bring a strong point of view on what today’s consumer needs—and how UA shows up in the world beyond the arena. As the strategic owner of the line, you’ll shape seasonal direction, architect the assortment, and balance brand expression with commercial impact across regions and channels. In close partnership with Design, Development, and regional teams, you’ll deliver a compelling, consumer-right product portfolio that reflects UA’s values and drives long-term growth. This role demands a unique blend of product instinct, strategic thinking, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership to define the future of UA Sportswear. **Your Impact** • Build and manage the Sportswear Apparel line – inclusive of Retail/Inline, Teamwear - from concept to commercialization • Lead the Product Creation process with Design, Innovation, Product Development and Sourcing to hit overall seasonal dates • Drive communication with the sourcing and materials teams with ultimate accountability for margin targets and on time commercialization • Be the Sportswear expert. Research and apply insights from athlete feedback, fit & wear test results, market & competitive trends to ensure UA is building market leading product across multiple end-uses, genders and regions • In partnership with Merchandising, conduct market and competitive analysis to be the expert on the latest innovations, materials, price points, and construction methods to identify brand right opportunities to maintain a competitive edge • Partner with Global Merchandising on creation of design brief, with final accountability for the product brief • As the Sportswear Apparel expert, build and present exceptional product strategies and selling tools to support the category vision through the GTM (go-to-market) process **Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in apparel product creation, line management, or merchandising • Strong product instincts, consumer insight, and business acumen—able to translate market signals and athlete needs into commercially successful line strategies • Creativity and passion for product, lifestyle fashion, sport, color, and style • Proven ability to lead seasonal strategies, pricing, and channel-specific assortments across global markets • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills—able to influence, align, and inspire across teams • Thrives in fast-paced environments, with exceptional time management, attention to detail, and follow-through • Experience mentoring talent and guiding team development preferred **Workplace Location** • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office. • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week. **Relocation** + No relocation provided **Base Compensation** $141,028.96 - $193,914.83 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
