Sr. Plant Manager
You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership within the site. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, foster collaborative relationships, and drive the implementation of business strategies to achieve objectives. Key Responsibilities + Lead and manage the Chihuahua's operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and targets. + Deliver the safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity for site to ensure customer satisfaction and enable growth in a challenging start up environment. + Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability with urgency. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers and government agencies. Able to lead within a cross-functional organization and articulate production escalations. + Provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and employees. Direct hands-on/tactical support, including floor presence and consistent availability. + Drive a results-oriented culture within the plant, setting clear performance metrics and ensuring accountability at all levels. + Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet production targets and financial objectives. + Promote Honeywell behaviors such as data-driven decision-making, customer focus, and innovation in all aspects of plant operations. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Minimumof 8 years of experience in a similar scope role. + Strongexperience working in a High-Mix/Low-Volume manufacturing environment. + Experiencein metal-mechanical operations (Sheet Metal fabrication, machining,painting, assembly) + Leantransformation experience and understanding of lean principles with aproven track record of changing culture and getting results with processsimplification. + Proventrack record of successfully managing site operations and greenfieldprojects. + Demonstratedability to drive business growth and achieve targets. + Strongleadership and communication skills. + Ability to build and maintain relationships withkey stakeholders and employees. **WE VALUE** + Bachelor'sdegree in a relevant Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical,Industrial). + Financial acumen. + Additionalcertifications or advanced degrees are a plus. + Strongleadership skills and the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team. + Proventrack record of driving operations efficiency, business growth andprofitability. + Ability to navigate complex businessenvironments and make sound decisions.
