Airswift is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Planning & Risk Lead Senior to support a major development phase of a project. Based in Paris, this contract opportunity involves coordination with global engineering offices and regular travel to London and Baku.
Role Overview
As the Planning & Risk Lead Senior, you will: Lead planning, scheduling, and risk management activities during the FEED phase, with potential continuation through EPC and close-out phases. Define and implement project planning and measurement procedures in alignment with PJC guidelines. Develop and manage the Project Master Plan & Schedule. Consolidate planning KPIs and monitor project progress, identifying trends and proposing solutions to maintain deadlines. Oversee planning deliverables from contractors and ensure alignment with contract and project expectations. Prepare internal and external presentations and planning reports. Manage project risk registers, track mitigation strategies, and support regular risk review sessions with package teams. Coordinate with affiliate teams (TEPAb) for global planning integration. Support the final project documentation, close-out, REX (return on experience), and lessons-learned activities. Lead a multidisciplinary planning and risk team throughout the project life cycle. Skills & Qualifications Planning Expertise: Strong experience with Primavera (scheduling), project KPIs, and planning workflows. Risk Management: Proficiency in risk identification, analysis, tracking, and reporting (NEW PRODOM risk module). Project Control Systems: Experience managing project planning in large-scale EPC or FEED contexts. Communication: Excellent reporting, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills. Tools: Proficiency in Office tools and planning document management systems. Language: Fluent in English. Education & Experience Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Senior-level experience in planning and risk management roles for large Oil & Gas projects (FEED/EPC). The Next Step
