Position Summary The Sr. People Services Advisor is a key member of the People Services team, responsible for delivering Tier 1 HR support across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This role provides specialized guidance on HR policies and processes, promotes employee self-service, and partners with global advisors to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. The Sr. Advisor also contributes to knowledge base development, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries via case management tools, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and system navigation to employees and managers. Promote and educate users on self-service tools and resources. Serve as a point of contact for escalated or complex inquiries requiring policy interpretation or cross-functional coordination. Collaborate with global People Services Advisors to align on processes, share best practices, and support global consistency. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and standard operating procedures. Identify trends in inquiries and recommend process or content improvements. Support onboarding and training of new advisors and specialists. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR shared services or operations. Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday Help). Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) preferred.
