Sr. PC&L Manager
Lead the functions of production control and logistics, for the development of the team and in conjunction with the production area ensure the execution of the production plan and delivery of finished product based on customer requirements, as well as ensure the timely delivery of components for finished products meeting the objective of raw material inventories in addition to managing the function and logistics spending without exceeding the allocated budget.

 Establish annual objectives and metrics for the area, keep them updated and monitor compliance.
 Ensure production planning based on customer requirements, as well as monitoring compliance with the production plan.
 Ensure compliance with on-time delivery to the customer according to the delivery plan provided by the customer and establish agreements with the customer for cases where on-time delivery is not met.
 Ensure delivery qualification within the customer portal at an acceptable level in accordance with customer policies.
 Ensure effective coordination, integration and communication with the production area.
 Ensure supplier requirements planning based on production plan and compliance with minimum sustainable inventory levels.
 Collaborate with the purchasing department in the development of strong supplier relationships to manage on-time deliveries and ensure compliance with business objectives.
 Plan and coordinate material sourcing strategies for production lines.
 Develop strategies to maintain and improve inventory levels in accordance with established organizational and plant objectives.
 Ensure the planning, execution and analysis of cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, as well as organize and execute the annual physical inventory.
 Ensure the movement of materials from the supplier's location to the plant, as well as the movement of finished product to BW's US warehouse.
 Develop, establish and monitor the different material movement strategies to seek logistics cost efficiencies to meet the established budget, as well as seek logistics cost savings initiatives.
 Ensure compliance with Mexican and foreign laws for both import/export and IMMEX operations.
 Monitor payment of invoices to transportation, warehousing, crossing and customs brokerage service providers.
 Ensure the development and training of personnel at different levels of the area.
 Maintain strong staff performance through coaching sessions. 
 Guide staff based on established policies and procedures.
