RequirementsBilingual in Spanish and English.2-3 years of experience in the healthcare fieldHome health experience is preferredSkills: appointment scheduling, insurance verification, EMR systems, answering phone calls.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the clinic. This includes:Addressing general inquiriesAppointment schedulingAppointment confirmationDemographic verificationInsurance verificationCo-pay collectionCheck out process, procedures and re-appointmentEnsures that all patients are registered in the EHR promptly and accurately.Maintains the highest level of confidentiality, in accordance with policies and procedures.Adheres to customer service excellence policies and standards.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
