About the role
This role is pivotal in supporting the HPE business for our Commercial West Sales Teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, enabling our sales teams, and fostering relationships with HPE sales and engineering team. You will get to:
Manage deal registrations and support the sales teams in closing opportunities. Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow HPE sales and gross profit. Collaborate with HPE sales and engineering teams to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies. Create and execute in-market campaigns and sales incentives to drive engagement and sales performance. Provide training and enablement resources to the sales teams to enhance their effectiveness. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Participate in limited travel for meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed. Perform any other functions deemed appropriate to support the growth of HPE sales.

What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in partner management, sales support, or a similar role, preferably within the technology sector. Strong understanding of HPE products and solutions is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
