Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, Amazon Business

The Amazon Business team is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to work with our Business Development and Partnership teams to drive engagement and lead generation with and through enterprise-level partners to help accelerate Amazon Business growth. This role will be responsible for creating a partner marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, and execute marketing activities (digital campaigns, virtual and in-person events, sponsorships, etc.).
A successful candidate is a marketing leader who has experience developing partner marketing playbooks, earns trust through relationship building, and has demonstrated a strong record of delivering results. This role requires the ability to work through ambiguity in a highly matrixed organization, critically think through challenges, and act with bias for action to deliver with speed. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed and thinks strategically and analytically about customer challenges and how to best present Amazon Business solutions.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop a partner marketing playbook that helps us get the most out of our partner relationships.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Partnership teams to develop and deliver enterprise-level marketing activities and engagements (to, through and with partners)
- Collaborate with extended Amazon Business teams (including other marketing teams) to deliver top-notch experiences for partners, customers, and prospects.
- Track marketing performance on an ongoing basis, constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
- Present your results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to process participants and stakeholders.
