Description IT業界を再定義するチームの一員になりませんか?Partner Business Development Manager, APJCとして、活動的で結果重視の人材を募集しています。 このポジションでは、AWSパートナープログラムに沿って、APJC全域でパートナーのAWSサポート製品利用の促進、ビジネス拡大を担当します。APJC全域での販売施策やキャンペーンを構築・実行し、パートナーコミュニティ全体に影響を与え、パートナーがより強力なサポート提供を構築できるよう支援します。ビジネスプランを作成し、必要に応じて顧客の声を製品チームにフィードバックします。 理想的な候補者は、CXO/VPレベルでの対話や業務推進が可能なビジネスバックグラウンドと、アライアンス、パートナー開発、PDM、アカウントチームの最前線でリードや影響力を発揮できる営業・パートナー管理の経験を併せ持つ方です。ビジネス、製品、技術的課題について戦略的に考え、説得力のある価値提案を構築を実証する能力が求められます。また、組織を超え多様なステークホルダーと効果的に連携し、事業運営メカニズムの形成、主導、実行、構築ができる経験が必要です。 大手ソフトウェアプロバイダーやGSIとの勤務経験は、複雑なパートナーシップを管理し、様々なチームと協力して信頼を得るために重要です。自発的で、自己motivated、物事を成し遂げる推進力のある方を求めています。 Key job responsibilities - AWSサポート製品のパートナー成長のためのGo-to-Market戦略の計画、開発、実行 - 様々なAWSサポート製品とその顧客価値提案に関するフィールド育成 - 営業およびパートナーリーダーシップの関係者との関係構築・管理、営業とパートナー戦略を支援する取り組みの実行による信頼獲得 - パートナーの代弁者として、AWS パートナー営業、AWSサポートリーダーと連携し、新機能とサービスの開発によるパートナーの成長支援 - 月次での目標達成度の測定と追跡 - Conduct meetings in both Japanese and English. About the team AWS Global Services includes experts from across AWS who help our customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. Customers innovate with AWS Professional Services, upskill with AWS Training and Certification, optimize with AWS Support and Managed Services, and meet objectives with AWS Security Assurance Services. Our expertise and emerging technologies include AWS Partners, AWS Sovereign Cloud, AWS International Product, and the Generative AI Innovation Center. You’ll join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud. A day in the life A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The TPM will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The leader may have formal training and/or background in Kepner Tregoe, 5 Why’s, Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile SCRUM. The Enhanced Support Services (ES2) team is part of the broader AWS Support organization and is dedicated to managing customer impacting incidents, and critical escalations. In this role, you will be immersed within ES2, E2M, AWS Support Leadership and our stakeholders in AWS Service Teams. You'll find coworkers who are eager to team up, collaborate, and solve problems together. You will also work directly with senior leadership within AWS acting as the “voice of the customer” helping teams better balance and understand the needs of our customers. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - 5+ years of professional or military experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred Qualifications - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements - Experience thinking and working creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategy within a partner ecosystem Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
