As a Participant Investor Concierge Senior Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for business development through a combination of inbound and outbound calls. Our Senior Financial Consultant Incentive Compensation Program rewards client relationship development with an emphasis on plan servicing, revenue acquisition, and consolidation.

 

Building strong, personal relationships with our clients is a key component of Schwab’s business strategy. The Participant Investor Concierge Senior Financial Consultant will pursue this mission through:

Interacting with Schwab Corporate Retirement Services (SCRS) high net-worth participants to offer plan services and encourage retention and consolidation of outside assets to Schwab Investor ServicesBusiness development through a combination of inbound and outbound callsUtilizing a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and provide client focused solutions to participantsAchieving Asset, Retention and Quality targets

What you have

Required qualifications:

Active and valid Series 7Active and valid Series 66 (63/65)5 years of experience in the financial services industryStrong client relationship building experience

Preferred qualifications:
