**Job Description**
Major tasks and responsibilities:
Set up and roll out a BU field performance track, review and analysis model, and adapt company standards.
Improve the data accessibility and enhance data accuracy and visualization.
Based on the business needs, develop target hospital analysis, territory analysis, FTE related analysis framework/ reports to enable business team to monitor sales force effectiveness.
Support cross-function project implementation in BU, incl. customer segmentation.
Provide sales performance analysis monthly and give solutions or advice business issues or decision making under the supervision of team lead.
Handles conflict situation effectively with a minimum of noise.
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of sales operation process and data structure.
Good understanding in commercial excellence or SFE area, including but not limited to customer segmentation & targeting, sales force sizing & deployment etc.
Proficient analytical and statistics by using of relevant tools preferred.
Bachelor / Master degree in Statistics, Science or Business.
Self-motivated, strong organizational and troubleshooting skill.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trustworthy business relationships.
Good command of written and verbal English.
