**Your Career**
The Public and Social Infrastructure Business Division is responsible for central government agencies, local governments, universities/research institutions, hospitals, and social infrastructure companies throughout Japan.
In this role, you will be responsible for central government agencies and their affiliated organizations (independent administrative agencies, etc.).
Central government agencies and affiliated organizations are undergoing significant transformation due to the establishment of the Digital Agency and the government's "cloud-by-default" principle. In this context, cybersecurity is becoming increasingly important.
While we have a strong track record in various markets, we aim to further expand our business. Therefore, you will directly approach central government agencies and affiliated organizations to identify new projects.
Concurrently, you will also approach key partners and support their proposals for our products and services.
You will collaborate with other internal departments, such as product sales and the marketing team, to increase brand awareness and generate new leads in your assigned market.
**Your Experience**
Required (MUST)
+ 5+ years of high-touch sales experience in the public sector (e.g., central government agencies, independent administrative agencies) in Eastern Japan.
+ 10+ years of sales experience with IT products/services (e.g., network, software, or cloud solutions such as SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/security).
Preferred (WANT)
+ Understanding of the business practices and organizational structure of foreign IT vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Highly self-motivated and capable of effective self-management.
+ English language proficiency (reading and writing level).
**The Team**
The Public and Social Infrastructure Sales Division is responsible for central government agencies, local governments, universities/research institutions, hospitals, and social infrastructure companies across Japan.
Our division boasts a very high market share in the public sector. This means you can gain cutting-edge experience in the cybersecurity domain of the evolving public market, including engagement with the newly established Digital Agency.
The average length of service for sales employees in our division is exceptionally long within the company, allowing you to continuously build experience and expand your professional network.
Our sales team and sales engineers work in close collaboration. We also partner closely with both internal and external stakeholders to manage projects and develop new markets.
**Our Commitment**
We’re problem solvers that take risks and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. It’s simple: we can’t accomplish our mission without diverse teams innovating, together.
