1.  Qualification

本科或以上机械相关专业。

Bachelor or above education on mechanical engineering or equivalent.

5年以上电动工具或相关行业马达设计经验。

At 5 years working experience of power tools and motor design

熟练使用2D&3D设计软件（CATIA, Pro/E or UG）CATIA 熟练者优先。要求空间感强，思路灵活，具备根据新设计思路快速建模能力。

Good skills with 2D&3D design software (CATIA, Pro/E or UG) CATIA PREFERRED. Good sense of space, thinking fast and flexible, ability to quick build model according to new design ideas.

较强团队合作精神,项目协调能力

   Good communication skill and teamwork capability

良好的英语沟通交流能力,能够独立并组织全球其他研发中心进行电话会议

Good English language skill for global conference call with other global design center

动手能力强, 善于钻研, 责任心强

Strong practical abilities, Be good at studying, strong sense of responsibility

2.  Responsibilities

根据新产品定义方向设计新的电机平台，协助马达机械团队快速完成3D模型搭建。

Design new motor platform based on new products definition direction, support motor mechanical team to create 3D model quickly.

独立完成Windchill文档工作,马达BOM，熟练使用Catia制图和SAP系统。

Capable to complete Windchill document, motor BOM, Catia drawing and SAP system

与全球其他设计中心合作并一起开发产品

Work with global design center to develop new electrical components

参与审核全球电气产品结构更改，执行到生产中。

Review all document change for global electrical structure, drive to production

与供应商合作开发新零件，根据工艺优化设计。根据新的设计方向推动供应商进行工艺迭代升级。

Work with supplier to develop new components and optimize the design according to manufacturing process. And push suppliers for process iteration and upgrade according to new design direction.
