Collaborate with senior leaders from Lenovo and our corporate partners to identify and build joint solution collaboration initiatives, the accompanying sales motions, marketing investment plans, and regular cadences with Executive, Product, Geo, and Sales teams 2. Create deep trust and information flow across key groups including but not limited to: Consumer Business Unit, Lenovo China team, Corporate Alliance team, Procurement, and named Alliance Partners 3. Act as a point of escalation on complex issues and provide appropriate support to internal team members. Be the partner and Lenovo advocate. 4. Matrix data internally and externally to draw insights to help shape and influence the Consumer alliance strategy 5. Distill and summarize industry earnings and market reports to generate recommendations and insights that go beyond ‘reporting the news’ 6. Analyze partner initiatives, identify mutual opportunity, forecast for strategic changes, and report on key metrics to stakeholders 7. Communicate partner programs and processes to internal departments and teams to drive adoption and understanding. Articulate and convey compelling partner value propositions. 8. Facilitate Internal and External EBRs, QBRs, and Executive cadence/touch points 9. Ability to travel internationally approximately 2x per year Job Requirements: 1. 10+ years of experience, preferably in tech industry, partner/alliance management and/or program management 2. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to operate on a wide range of complex topics and projects at one time 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin 4. Ability to summarize complex data or situations into succinct, compelling narratives 5. Collaborative spirit, willingness to adapt responsibilities and build relationships 6. Ability to think strategically while maintaining an exceptional level of attention to detail 7.
