Sr. Media Strategist, Social, Amazon MODE

We're seeking an Activation Strategist for paid social media to lead global consultation with business leads and agencies. You'll streamline campaign management processes for brand marketing across regions, guiding teams to optimize their activation and campaign operations. The role involves developing standardized processes and comprehensive playbooks while creating global operational frameworks and clear documentation. Your strategic vision will shape our worldwide approach to paid social campaigns, balancing global consistency with regional adaptability. This position requires expertise in global team building and will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Amazon's global paid social media efforts.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop regional marketing strategies to demonstrate cost savings, simplify reporting structures and access to the most optimal tools necessary to make decisions
- Share best practices for quality framework (brand suitability, attention, etc) of media placement and creative insights from North America/EU and set up measurement plan for execution globally
- Lead global implementation of experimentation plans, first party buying and data management platforms for audiences
- Enable project management tools and manage account access globally for internal measurement teams
- Enhance centralized reporting and measurement features with 1P platform via MODE Product
- Assist with adoption and usage requirements globally
A day in the life
- Consult with Amazon marketing groups across regions based on prioritization framework
- Partner with global studio team to guide best practices for creative within formats
- Collaborate with partner agencies in region to expand media and audience strategies from direct buys cross channel to social media and align on new platform testing roadmap
- Frequent communication with Global Programmatic Lead and Amazon marketing team leads for reporting, optimization and media plan reviews
