JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities and duties: 

Maintains ERP system for all Material Functional areas as BOM and ship to locations.Process customer releases and monitor changes to releasesCreates daily production schedules and ensures production output is recorded and posted into the ERP system.Coordinate with customer shipping and delivery schedulesWork closely with customers, team leaders, Quality Engineers, Logistics personnel to determine daily production requirements.Identifies Customer cum inaccuracies and supplier inaccuracies as needed.Communicates No Surprise Forms to customers when supply shortage occurs.Support new product/program launchesFormalizes sales and operations planning data.Parameters drive inventory levels with manufacturing unit.Lead improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
