We are headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with offices across the U.S., Canada, and India.   Seeking a technically savvy Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing success through technology and data-driven strategies. As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead marketing operations strategy, analyze data and historical trends to deliver actionable insights, and ensure data quality and process efficiency across all marketing metrics. This role actively enhances marketing operations to optimize lead generation, lead nurturing, and campaign implementation in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Core Requirements and Responsibilities: Essential job functions include but are not limited to: ·       Develop and execute marketing database strategies with cross-functional teams, focusing on growth, segmentation, data cleanliness, and completeness ·       Lead adoption and management of operational processes with marketing leadership to drive efficiency and ROI ·       Serve as subject matter expert for sales and marketing alignment initiatives, supporting lead management, data quality, and lead scoring optimization ·       Report on complete marketing funnel performance including volume, velocity, stage-to-stage conversion rates, and average deal value; track metrics by industry, geography, and buyer persona ·       Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs and marketing attribution within budget constraints ·       Administer and optimize marketing technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms ·       Provide onboarding and training for new marketing team members on systems and processes ·       Manage marketing operations projects from conception to completion
