In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to shape marketing direction.
Identify and target new market segments and opportunities for automation solutions.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Design and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
Collaborate closely with the sales department to align messaging, content, and campaigns.
Develop tools and content (brochures, case studies, presentations) to support the sales cycle.
Brand Management & Communication
Enhance the visibility and credibility of the company in the automation industry.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Manage events, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and engage prospects.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership
Coordinate with product development and technical teams to ensure accurate messaging.
Foster alignment between marketing, sales, and customer service for seamless customer experience.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Set and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Report marketing ROI and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree in any of the STEM courses or Business is preferred
Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar industry; preferably in an Marketing, Sales, Business development with demonstrative achievements
Advanced skills in strategic and value selling, including managing six and seven figure transactions
Experience in training and customer engagement seminar initiative with functional teams by collaboration
History of strong relationship building with customers, partners and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
Proven leadership ability, interpersonal savvy and collaborative skills to work effectively with and across all levels of business within very large and complex organizations
Proven ability to coach people for both short-term and long-term results
Self-starter who takes initiatives and works with limited direction
Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self-esteem and team
Analytical skills essential for market search, converting data into insights and formulating strategies
Strong communication skills, especially for senior leadership engagement, both internally and externally.
Fluency in spoken and written English for working with AP.
