Sr. Marketing Manager, Amazon Business

We’re looking for a strategic Sr. Marketing Manager to own and optimize the onboarding and lifecycle engagement strategy across critical customer moments for small business customers. You will develop multi-channel experiences (email, push, onsite, and more) to guide these customers toward deeper adoption and long-term success. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration with Tech, Product, Acquisition, and Central Marketing teams to build seamless, high-impact experiences. Key job responsibilities Own the global strategy for driving awareness, understanding, and adoption of key Amazon Business features. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, in-product messaging, web, etc.) to drive engagement and long-term usage. Optimize onboarding and customer lifecycle experiences by collaborating with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact engagement moments. Champion the customer experience by ensuring frictionless adoption pathways and seamless integration of features into customer workflows. Translate insights into action—analyze customer behavior, engagement trends, and campaign performance to refine strategies at scale. Define and own success metrics—establish measurement frameworks, testing plans, and key performance indicators to track adoption and impact. Work strategically and tactically—balance high-level planning with hands-on execution, ensuring both bold ideas and operational excellence. Continuously experiment and optimize—test new marketing approaches and engagement methods to maximize impact. Ensure scalability and efficiency by developing repeatable, data-driven processes for measuring and improving campaign performance. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Adapt global strategies to meet local needs —identify country-specific nuances that require tailored approaches to maximize adoption and engagement. About the team This role sits within the Customer Lifecycle and Adoption team within Amazon Business. We are a cross-functional team of Marketers and Product Managers driving value realization and engagement of high-value actions throughout the customer journey. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting - Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership - Experience communicating results to stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
