Job Description

Join Suzhou's Thermo Fisher Scientific team as a Sr. Manufacturing Technician. Contribute to innovative projects producing top-tier IVD reagents, liquid media, and cell banks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed reagent filling and packaging, troubleshooting, and optimizing the production line to maintain efficiency.Conduct critical tests and quality checks to ensure products meet rigorous quality standards.Handle daily and preventive maintenance of production equipment to ensure stable operation and efficiency.Operate level sensors for detailed control of material levels, preventing overfilling or underfilling.Help in planning and driving complex production processes to complete tasks efficiently at various stages.Analyze production data to optimize product performance and improve efficiency.Perform daily inspections and maintenance according to SOPs, ensuring equipment is in excellent condition.Manage the filling/package team and collaborate across departments as needed.

Requirements

Associate degree or above in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Antimachine technology, or related fields is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining filling/package lines.Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems swiftly.Willingness to work overtime if required.Experience in IVD reagent/liquid media manufacturing is preferred.
