Your Role:
In this role, you will perform manufacturing and packaging duties to ensure regulatory compliance, meet internal production targets, and support customer requirements. You will partner with R&D, Tech Transfer, Planning, Quality Assurance, Distribution, and Downstream Operations to develop and manufacture products to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing and meet regulatory/customer needs. Develop creative solutions to complex problems aligned with organizational goals. Research and recommend new methods, updating SOPs as needed. Introduce, validate, and support new manufacturing technologies. Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, EPA, ISO, and other quality/regulatory standards. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation; manage product filling, labeling, and packaging. Troubleshoot technical and manufacturing issues, implement corrective actions, and analyze data. Support R&D/Tech Transfer, provide scale-up input, and lead cross-functional projects.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other Life Science discipline and 5+ years lab experienceor
Master's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other Life Science discipline and 3+ years lab experienceor
PhD in Biology, Chemistry, or other Life Science discipline and 1+ years lab experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 3D cell culture (Organoids), especially with patient-derived organoids.Experience laboratory equipment, techniques, safety plans, design of experiments (DOE), project management, and applied technologies.Experience handling biologically hazardous materials.Experience with Oracle or SAP.Experience with statistical analysis tools.
