Job DescriptionProcess Development & Optimization
Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for HVAC components and systems.Optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Develop and update work instructions, work sequence cards, and process documentation.Project Management
Lead or support capital projects, equipment installation, acquisition, and production line modifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design Engineering, Quality, Assembly) for product launches, engineering changes to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for projects.Lead projects to improve cost, quality, delivery and safety of manufacturing processesContinuous Improvement
Drive cost reduction, cycle time improvements, and throughput enhancements.Analyze production metrics and root cause manufacturing issues to implement corrective actions.Conduct time studies, line balancing, and ergonomic assessments.Develop and maintain manufacturing strategies for equipment, workplace layouts, labor and material flow to meet strategic goals.Develop new or improving existing manufacturing processes in areas such as: Assembly, Sheet-metal, Cooper depot, E-box.Quality & Compliance
Ensure manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve non-conformances and implement robust control plans.Support audits and compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.Technical Support
Provide hands-on support to production teams to resolve technical and operational issues.Evaluate and recommend tooling, fixtures, and equipment upgrades.SKILLS:
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning.QualificationsBS degree in an Engineering field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a senior or leadership position.Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
