Skills and Requirements - Experience with CNC mills or a background with CNC programming - Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical or manufacturing or experience in lieu - Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing, machining, assembly or operations environment. - Experience/knowledge of Kaizen, 6S, Lean Manufacturing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
