**Role Overview**
This position will be at the crux of an exciting time at KeyBank and will:
+ Lead the growth and performance of the business, taking full ownership of the P&L including the strategy and product management for our full set of student loan solutions and products.
+ Define and refine the overarching strategy to drive success and scalability
+ Align, manage and collaborate with dynamic, cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Data & Analytics, Risk, Finance, Pricing, and Capital Markets to drive growth and achieve annual goals.
+ Drive key product initiatives from ideation to execution.
**Responsibilities**
+ Own the end-to-end customer journey, from Origination to Servicing.
+ Shape and execute a multi-year vision, strategy and plan to scale the businesses which includes consultative services, loan refinance, marketplace lenders and in school lending.
+ Communicate and lead both short- and long-term goals while driving profitability and managing KPIs such as NPS, NIM, CAC, and funnel conversion.
+ Assist in the management and growth of the Student Loan Consultative services and teams.
+ Lead new product development initiatives in the student loan space, identifying opportunities to expand and enhance our offerings with an initial focus on in school lending solutions.
+ Own pricing strategy and collaborate closely with Capital Markets to ensure sustainable and competitive lending solutions.
+ Collaborate with Affiliate/Partnerships, the Consumer Bank and Marketing teams to identify and secure strategic partnerships.
+ Establish strong partnerships with critical cross functional teams including digital product management and technology teams to oversee the digital products that support student lending, including ownership of product and technology roadmaps.
+ Accountable for all student loan related risk management activities, ensuring business remains well managed across all relevant bank areas of Risk Management.
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, product development, finance, and/or general management.
+ Financial services experience required; student lending experience is a major plus.
+ Demonstrated experience as a strategic thought leader and project manager.
+ Strong people leadership and emotional intelligence.
+ Proven success managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
+ Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills
+ Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.
+ Creative problem-solving approach.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $175,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
