**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
You will be responsible for acquisition of new clients in emerging sectors, new initiatives and appropriate solutioning with the objective to increase sales and overall win rate.
• Demonstrate an understanding of CBRE (PJM) offerings and client requirements in line with the opportunity to analyze and support in optimal solutioning and client engagement strategy.
• You will drive business development efforts with the team by nurture existing clients, acquire new clients in emerging sectors and new initiatives.
• You will work closely with Head Sales & Client Solutions and teams with the objective of closing deals and winning works across the sales cycle.
• Lead and/or support teams in planning and development of solutioning, presentations and Client interviews.
**REQUIREMENTS**
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture and MBA (preferred)
• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Business development within Real estate & Infrastructure industry.
• You have strong communications skill, a passion for working with numbers/systems and a “can do” attitude
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, and desktop publishing software.
• Natural high attention to detail while maintaining focus and pace
• Experience in working across functions and positively influencing
• Proactive, creative and solution-oriented
• Quick learner, deadline-oriented, and fun to work with!
