The Sr. Manager, Program Integrator for the Compact Rapid Attack Weapon (CRAW) Program will be responsible for the seamless integration and execution of program activities to ensure the successful delivery of the CRAW system to the United States Navy. This role involves coordinating across multiple functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance, to meet program objectives and customer requirements. The Program Integrator will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure programming milestones are achieved on time and within budget. **_Where You Will Work:_** + This onsite position will be based out of our Portsmouth RI facility. Newport is especially famous for its maritime heritage. + Outdoor Recreation: Enjoy hiking in Arcadia Management Area, biking along the East Bay Bike Path, or exploring the Block Island Nature Conservancy. **_What You Will Do:_** + Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal integrated product teams and functional organizations including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and administrative functions + Display strong communication, and presentation skills, influence management, and be comfortable with both internal and external stakeholder interaction at all levels of leadership. + Develop, implement, and maintain program management plans, consistent with program requirements and company policies + Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by the program leadership teams to drive program success + Prepare, update and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and Raytheon’s Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), such as gate reviews and the Gate Evaluation and Management (GEM) tool, the program Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and both corporate- and business-level policies and procedures + Ensure compliance with all external customer reporting requirements from a program management standpoint while also meeting the reporting needs of the Program Manager + Manage CDRL deliveries to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables + Capture and track program action items and work with action owners to ensure timely and satisfactorily closure of actions + Support daily program management and cadence such as daily material tag ups, Risk and Opportunity Management Board, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and EACs to achieve contract commitments + Control Account Manager (CAM) for the PMO, responsible for completing EV cadence on a monthly basis, including performance inputs, LRE inputs, Variance Analysis writeups, & IPMDAR CDRL review prior to customer submittal, and completing EAC cadence and inputs for “PLT IPT” on a every 6 month basis + Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from the US Government Subcontractors and Partners + Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare for customer visits + Lead or support proposal preparation and coordination as required by the Program Manager + Expected to support domestic travel as needed **_What You Will Learn:_** + Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen + SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables **_Qualifications You Must Have:_** + A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience + Prior Program/Project management experience **_Qualifications We Prefer:_** + Program Management Level 5 Certification or ability to achieve within 6 months + Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for Management Review and approval + Experience with Production Programs that have parallel development scope, with an emphasis on understanding how design changes impact Production Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Program cost/schedule + Experience with proposals, including development, negotiations, and definitization + Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management and prior experience interacting with USG program and contracting agencies **What We Offer:** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
