What you will be doing   

This role will be responsible for maturing the way we manage privileged access across all our environments, including all cloud and database access.  It will also include integrating with our overall Zero Trust program initiatives and ensuring our PAM strategy fits into those goals.   

The position is based out of our work site location in Pleasanton, CA   

  

Main responsibilities: 

Manage a portfolio of Privileged Access Management solutions.    Recruit, onboard and grow team members building on the strategic roadmap.    Ensure an inclusive environment and culture in the team.    Participate in and cultivate a culture of direct, compassionate feedback while supporting a results-oriented work environment.    Work with various stakeholders to bring automation to the privileged access management space.    Provide subject matter expertise on large value PAM opportunities    Integrate with existing Zero Trust initiatives and expand the current PAM program    Report on and achieve PAM technical KPIs    Partner with Senior Information Security Leadership and Various Business Teams throughout the organization while working as an advocate for your team and its projects.    Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.  

  

We are looking for candidates who possess the following: 

A minimum of eight years of experience with Information Security or in a technology related field    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience    Strong understanding of the Privileged Access Management landscape, including related technologies like IGA and CIEM    Strong experience of multiple PAM projects using any of the leading PAM vendor products     Experience with Privileged Access Workstations and JIT/JEA access    Ability to develop innovative automated solutions to accelerate PAM project delivery    Ability to design structured and guided PAM processes for standardizing delivery activities    Self-driven with superior planning and execution skills    Very strong written and oral communication skills    Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and growing environment, with a diverse group of professionals    Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines    End to end management of key strategic technical opportunities    Strong Requirements gathering and experience in conducting workshops in complex and large organizations    Good understanding of LDAP, Directory Server, Database concepts    Experience on standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect    Experience integrating PAM solutions with cloud service providers (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.)   
  

Desirable Skills:   

Understanding of consulting, automation, delivery    Industry relationships with leading product vendors    Roll up your sleeves to get the job done attitude    Cloud infrastructure (Azure/GCP/OCI) based architecture and delivery experience    Test and Deployment automation tools and methodologies    DevOps methodologies and tools like SVN/GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, confluence, various monitoring/alerting tools    Experience with Agile delivery.

Pay transparency language (if applicable) 

The salary range is $157,900 to $205,300 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).  [If applicable:] Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus
