Join us in a pivotal role as a Sr. Manager Credit Risk, where your expertise will significantly impact our AR credit processes.
Take the lead in identifying areas for improvement, aiming for maximum efficiency and precision.
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Providing thorough credit recommendations and first-class credit advisory.
+ Credit Limit Review & Financial Analysis (quarterly review; ad-hoc; seasonality), Including credit simulations for new accounts and existing ones. This includes Seasonal credit planning for the assigned accounts.
+ SCASEs management (Ticket for credit limit recommendation), ensuring high quality levels in terms of credit analysis and business partnering.
+ Monitor and follow up on temporary credit limit expiry, collateral credit instruments, and credit mitigation actions in cooperation with Finance, Sales and Treasury.
+ Credit Risk Wheel involvement (actively contribute and drive on credit area)
+ Contribute to developing concepts and functional expertise within the broader Credit Risk Management Team
+ Daily use and proactively enhance current use of credit management tools like Catalyst, Orbis, Credit risk Alerts, Moody’s EDFX, SAP Credit ecosystem.
+ Provide Credit Advisory to Collection Team & Stakeholders, including new joiners up to the level of Market Group Finance Director and Head of Business Divisions.
+ Supporting and coordinating auditor’s requests for year-end & Interim Audit
+ Month-End Reporting, commenting & closing activities (including month end internal controls)
+ Support and drive productivity initiatives, driving process simplification and lead the implementation of global standardization and scalable processes
+ Building and fostering strong strategic relationships with senior partners and demanding customers.
+ Exploring ways to elevate the O2C service level to key partners
+ Coordinate partnering and credit reviews across regions while supporting team members with complex cases.
+ Drive projects focused on process optimization and contribution to the BSO targets and strategy.
+ Carry out responsibility for the deliverables and performance management and metrics for the Credit Risk Management Stream

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations; Monterrey, Prague and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years.
Our AR team ensure support of the entire EMEA region.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Proven professional experience within Business Services Sector, with preference of the functional area demonstrating profound AR process knowledge and deep experience in credit
+ Proven professional experience in Credit Risk Management with focus on performing Credit reviews and building relevant Credit Limits recommendations
+ Strong cultural understanding
+ Experience of working and driving a highly collaborative environment in a global setting, promoting coherence and the end-to-end perspective
+ Strong partnership skills across all levels in the organization (up to the ELT)
+ Communicates medium-term priorities and solutions to leadership in an effective manner
+ Understand various operating systems and processes
+ Has significant business and market understanding both at operational and tactical level
+ Analytical instinct
+ SAP knowledge at experienced level
+ Estimated travel activity – up to 10 days per year
