Job Overview:
The Senior Manager Business Process – Record to Report is responsible for managing and optimizing the business processes within business units that use the SAP platform for the financial management process that involves processing and presenting accurate data. This role manages operational process models working with various teams to capture, document, design, measure and monitor the SAP Order to Cash business management process. This role develops effective relationships across business units and leads teams to produce business processes that leverages technology platforms. This role will leverage SAP standard functionality, create a central language, reporting, version control, and collaboration across teams.

Job Responsibilities:
Business Process Management – Record to Report
Leads the design, modeling and implementation of SAP business processes, tasks, responsibilities and governance with various teams across the organization by establishing business process management leveraging technology. Manages business process governance and documentation by creating various documents such as handbooks, visuals, and measurements. Manages the capture of SAP Record to Report process information through determined methods, interviews, notes, documents. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure business processes meet customer and internal stakeholders’ needs. Manages key performance indicators (KPIs) for Record to Report process and reports to leadership teams, recommending adjustments to meet KPIs. Leads and monitors implementation of project strategy and guides staff on project deadlines, budget and targets.Leadership & Coaching
Develop effective relationships across business units and act as a liaison between process owners and technology. Leads various teams internal and external, contractors and consultants. Leads talent assignment by planning, reviewing and monitoring process creation and key performance indicators. Accountable for all aspects of managing the team including setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing associates, staffing, promotions and salary administration, manages performance utilizing organization’s performance management system, practices and tools, applying them to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.Job Requirements:
Education/ Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business management, or related discipline.Experience:
7 + years of experience in relevant ERP applications or relevant technology. 5+ years hands on business process creation and visualization, including end to end processes, measurement, process implementation and monitoring. Experience leading various types of staff, from internal to consultants. Experience in managing vendor relationships and managed services.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Advanced enterprise resource planning application knowledge, SAP preferred. Ability to learn current state business processes, current state SAP processes and translate into business process documentation. Advanced knowledge in best practice order to cash business processes and KPIs. Collaboration skills that provide the ability to work in matrixed environment and negotiate solutions. Lean process skills or similar discipline. System and application process analysis skills. Interviewing and data collection skills. Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.Work Environment:
Remote Role:
This position is classified as remote where the associate will perform remote work from their primary residence. Remote associates are welcome to work from the office but are not required to do so. Sales Positions Only: For sales positions that are commission-based, the above range is an estimate of total potential commission-based compensation during an associate’s first year, but UNFI offers an introductory period minimum of $680 per week. After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary. UNFI’s commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.
