Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Project Management to lead the execution of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic project lead with a strong grasp of both delivery management and digital marketing channels, working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for driving timelines, team collaboration, campaign performance, and marketing tech integration while partnering with internal solutioning teams and participating in client presentations and pitches.
Responsibilities
• Campaign Program Delivery
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital campaigns: brief intake, planning, QA, execution, and reporting
• Oversee campaigns spanning:
o SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
o SEM (Google, Bing, remarketing)
o Programmatic and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, DV360, Trade Desk)
o Email Marketing and CRM-integrated Journeys
• Work with internal and external partners (creative, martech, analytics) to deliver on-time and on-budget
• Email CRM Campaign Management
• Lead deployment of email campaigns including promotions, nurture flows, and trigger-based messaging
• Ensure platform integration with tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo
• Drive performance optimization based on deliverability, open/click rates, and conversion KPIs
• Analytics, Tagging, and Reporting
• Collaborate on measurement frameworks, tag management, and performance dashboards
• Use tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager, and BI platforms (Tableau, Looker) to drive insights
• Ensure tagging implementation and conversion tracking are aligned with campaign goals
• Client Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign delivery and performance
• Lead or support client meetings, status calls, presentations, and QBRs
• Translate business goals into marketing execution plans, campaign roadmaps, and KPIs
• Solutioning Practice Collaboration (Good to have)
• Work closely with internal solutioning, analytics, and marketing automation teams
• Contribute to development of playbooks, delivery frameworks, and campaign templates
• Participate in pre-sales and proposal discussions as needed
• Team Process Leadership
• (For Senior Manager) Mentor and guide junior project managers and associates
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, agile adoption, and marketing workflow optimization
• Manage campaign documentation, briefs, timelines, status trackers, and resource planning tools

Skills and Tools –
• SEO Tools: Screaming Frog, SEMrush
• Paid Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk
• Email CRM: Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, GTM, Adobe Launch
• Project Management: Workfront, JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet
• BI/Visualization: Tableau, Looker, Power BI
Minimum Qualifications/ Skills
• Relevant years of experience with proven leadership in large-scale, multi-channel digital campaigns
• Demonstrated expertise in email, paid media, and SEO/SEM execution
• Strong understanding of CRM integration, customer journeys, and funnel metrics
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced or agency environments
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or marketing/digital certifications (Google, Meta, Adobe) preferred
