Sr. Manager – IT Program Management Office
**Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart** Sr. Manager – IT Program Management Office We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sr. Manager to lead our IT Program Management Office (PMO). This role will be instrumental in overseeing and driving high-impact, cross-functional programs - primarily focused on enterprise-wide AI program delivery, data center modernization, cloud transformation and cybersecurity. You will lead a team of project and program managers, establish portfolio governance, and partner with IT, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure that critical initiatives are aligned with strategic goals, executed with operational excellence, and deliver measurable business value. Your Role: PMO Leadership & Portfolio Governance: + Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of project and program managers. + Establish and enforce standardized PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance processes. + Lead intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across a dynamic portfolio of initiatives. + Drive execution consistency, accountability, and reporting discipline across the enterprise. + Champion value-based decision making and business outcome alignment. Enterprise AI Program Leadership: + Own the successful execution of the enterprise AI program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, ethical governance, and operational adoption. + Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to intake, evaluate, and deliver high-value AI use cases. + Coordinate execution across AI platforms, tooling, data readiness, risk/legal, and change enablement functions. + Define and track program-level KPIs, including ROI, automation efficiency, and adoption rates. Executive Engagement & Strategic Planning + Deliver clear, data-driven program dashboards and executive reports on initiative health, risks, and milestones. + Partner with the leadership team during strategic and operational planning cycles (annual and quarterly). + Support enterprise-wide transformation, innovation, and operational efficiency through effective program governance and delivery. What will you bring: + 12+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. + Experience managing and mentoring high-performing technical and program management teams. + Strong business acumen, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills. + Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, or model lifecycle management. + Background in enterprise IT, cloud services, data centers, infrastructure or digital product delivery. + Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale programs (ideally including AI, digital transformation, or IT modernization). + PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus Work Arrangement: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $156,000 to $310,800 ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
