**Overview**
The Senior Manager, Web Pricing is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of web-based pricing strategies across ODP Business Solutions' digital channels. This role oversees a team of pricing analysts, driving the development, implementation, and optimization of pricing models to maximize profitability, competitiveness, and customer experience online. The Senior Manager manages the centralized cross-reference database for competitive matches and private brand alternates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to support pricing decisions. This position partners cross-functionally with Sales teams, Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure pricing consistency, alignment with business objectives, and seamless execution across all web platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise, strong business acumen, and advanced technical skills to lead data-driven pricing initiatives and support ODP Business Solutions' digital growth.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Team Leadership & Development:
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
+ Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.
+ Oversee workload allocation and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
+ Web Pricing Strategy & Execution:
+ Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies for ODP’s web channels, balancing profitability, competitiveness, and customer value.
+ Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of pricing models, algorithms, and tools for online platforms.
+ Ensure web pricing aligns with broader strategic pricing initiatives and supports business objectives.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Partner with Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure pricing consistency and integration across channels.
+ Collaborate with IT and eCommerce teams to optimize pricing systems, data flows, and automation.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for web pricing initiatives, communicating strategy, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
+ Data Analysis, Reporting & Optimization :
+ Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of pricing, sales, and competitive data to inform decision-making.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Lead regular reviews of web pricing effectiveness and implement data-driven optimizations.
+ Compliance, Process Improvement & Best Practices:
+ Ensure all web pricing activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
+ Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices in pricing operations, leveraging technology and automation.
+ Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform pricing strategy.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Area of Study: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
+ Minimum Years of Experience: 7
+ Type of Experience:
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in pricing, eCommerce, revenue management, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
+ Demonstrated experience developing and managing web-based pricing strategies in a B2B or retail (or comparable) environment.
+ Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel, SQL, and pricing or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
+ Familiarity with pricing optimization software, eCommerce platforms, and IT tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, web analytics tools).
+ Proven ability to lead and develop teams, drive process improvement, and manage cross-functional projects.
+ Experience collaborating with IT, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations teams.
+ Knowledge of dynamic pricing, algorithmic pricing, and digital commerce best practices preferred.
+ Technical Competencies & Information Systems:
+ Experience with data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, R)
+ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
+ Familiarity with Smartsheets and other project management software
+ Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
+ Skills & Abilities:

**Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule:** The salary range for this role is $90,000/year to $120,000/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
