Integra Life Sciences is looking for a Sr Manager, Technology Project Manager, with a proven track record of successful medium and large-scale project implementation in IT/IS space, using best practices and industry standards driving process and tool implementations at the enterprise level. The role will support the IS Project Management function and Enterprise PMO organization Governance and Prioritization Program.
With the Enterprise focus on Project Execution excellence, IS aligned with Enterprise PMO organization to drive standards (tool and reporting) via onboarding of OnePlan tool and instituting standard reporting and processes around Project Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Prioritization. This role will be instrumental in helping IS execute this mission.
This role is a critical enabler for business, translating desired capabilities and future ways of working into detailed project plans that help to execute the technology solutions.
By working with various business and IT leaders across the organization, this role will help refine our business requirements to ensure key outcomes, risks, and value drivers are well understood and documented prior to project initiation and handed off to the Portfolio and Finance Teams to ensure value is tracked and captured over the course of implementation.
The ideal candidate for this role exhibits strong business acumen, communication skills, and experience in Project Management best practices, including Resource Management, Prioritization, Risk management and project execution excellence.
Travel may be required up to 5%
Sr. Manager, Technology Project Manager is mainly responsible for overseeing and delivering IS Projects as listed in the Global IS project Portfolio aligned with Integra priorities and IS Strategy.
This position reports to the IS/IT Director CIO Office and is partly accountable for
+ Planning / Coordination all required activities,
+ Project resources (including business representatives & IS in coordination with our Global Delivery Team and our Platform Leaders)
+ Compliance & Reporting
+ Communication skills to run Project Committees and Steering Committees and report to Senior IS and Business Leaders.
+ In addition to Project Management skills, the position requires experience in Stakeholder Management, Risk Management and Tools, and Reporting
The Project Manager could also manage, if needed, any other IS projects and deployment globally or internationally.
**EXERCISED SUPERVISION**
+ Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Project teams that may include IS Analysts, business rep, Business Systems and IT experts, data management, compliance, technology and consulting resources.
+ External consultant when required
+ Key Business Users when required
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
+ Collaborates with Integra Business Owners, Key users & IS management to identify, propose, prioritize projects in respect with IS strategy, IS resources and defined budget.
+ Develops and manages the execution of the cross functional projects with significant enterprise impact
+ Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes and reports progress of projects.
+ Oversees project management activities with IS department and Business and day-to-day operational aspects of the project
+ Works with management to track and report spending vs. budget.
+ Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
+ Holds regular status meetings with project team.
+ Responsible for cascading critical project related deliverable information and updates to project stakeholders within the business and IS project teams.
+ Effectively communicates relevant project information to management.
+ Manages the logistic aspects of the project teams.
+ Motivates the teams to work together in the most efficient manner and manages team performance.
+ Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
+ Mitigates conflict by imparting (or communicating) advanced conceptual and contextual project management knowledge to solve complex business challenges, educating stakeholders and team members on best-in-class project management practices
+ Applies SDLC methodology and formal documentation requirements such as business requirements design, data conversion, testing strategy, testing evidence, work instruction, training (i.e. all documents required for a validated environment in a medical devices Industry and by Corporate SOX Controls)
+ Works with IS governance for IS standards (One Plan) and complies with IS Compliance, including Gates Management.
+ Apply Change Control procedures and lead the Validation activities and SOX controls execution in this area.
+ Knows, understands and commits to respecting the INTEGRA Group promises/commitments, the Quality policy, the safety charter as well as all the rules and processes applicable to the role.
+ Execute any other task required to achieve IS department objectives (Other duties and assignments as may become necessary)

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS**
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position:
+ 7 years + professional experience in Project/Program Management, opportunity to guide junior team members, participate in requirement gathering, stakeholder management and project resource management.
+ Healthcare Industry Experience is preferred.
+ Experience in a regulated environment: GxP, FDA, SOX Compliance
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ensuring the ability to interact with clients, other contractor personnel and peers in a professional manner.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Adaptable to change and a fast-paced environment.
+ Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential.
+ Works independently as subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of job discipline.
+ Acts as a formal resource for colleagues with less experience.
**SUPERVISION RECEIVED**
_This role will report to Director, office of CIO, and be part of various extended leadership teams to help align the organization towards a consolidated enterprise technology roadmap._
**SUPERVISION EXERCISED**
_This role will begin as an individual contributor role with potential to establish a team as the function matures._
Hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ or Irvine, CA (in-office Tues-Thurs).
