Your Opportunity:The Senior Manager, Strategy(in the Corporate Development & Sustainability Team) plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across our diverse portfolio of outdoor environment solutions. Strategic Planning & Execution:
Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans aligned with corporate goals across turf, landscape, snow and ice, utility construction, and rental sectors.
Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and prioritize strategic initiatives.
Facilitate annual strategic planning processes and ensure alignment across business units.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments across global markets.
Innovation & Business Transformation:
Identify and evaluate new business models, technologies, and partnerships that enhance customer value and operational efficiency.
Drive initiatives related to sustainability, digital transformation, and product innovation.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and strategic pilots.
M&A and Strategic Investments:
Support M&A activities including target identification, due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger execution.
Evaluate strategic investments and partnerships to expand market presence and capabilities.
Influence increased Corporate Venture activities, looking at technology and innovation in key targeted areas.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field is required.
8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic roles within manufacturing, construction, or outdoor solutions industries.
Prior experience with a global or multi-regional experience in a mid-sized or growth-stage company.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, including experience with business case development and ROI analysis.
Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies.
Preferred:
An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic roles within manufacturing, construction, or outdoor solutions industries.
Experience in industries such as turf care, snow and ice management, utility construction, or equipment rental is preferred.
Familiarity with sustainability practices, smart equipment technologies, or fleet management systems is preferred.

Competitive Salary– A reasonable pay range for this opportunity is $125,900 - $168,900.The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
