DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join the growing Activation and Partnerships team.  This is a pivotal role in delivering DAFgiving360’s growth.  This candidate will be responsible for developing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for donor-advised fund and charitable planning education for Registered Investment Advisory Firms (RIAs).  Robust education specifically curated for RIAs is critical to growing our impact, increasing engagement with our platform, and accelerating adoption of donor-advised funds. 

 

The ideal candidate is a creative and results-driven leader with the ability and passion for leveraging data and insights to identify education needs and turn those needs into a strategic plan.  This role is responsible for leading a highly visible product education workstream with the objective of further establishing DAFgiving360 as the go-to partner for RIAs.

 

This individual must have the ability to see the big picture, set a vision for where we want to go, encourage key partners and stakeholders to adopt this vision and contribute to its success, and ruthlessly execute the plan with precision and excellence.  The successful candidate will excel at collaborating with Strategy, Marketing, and Sales teams to effectively package and deliver impactful product education.  This role will partner very closely with Marketing to determine what educational content should be developed internally and what will be outsourced through strategic partners.  The successful candidate should be an expert at developing detailed go-to-market program briefs for marketing to deliver integrated marketing plans that meet program goals and objectives.

 

This individual is also responsible for the third-party strategic partnerships strategy to deliver charitable planning education and resources through multiple channels like webinars, in-person events, and sales meetings.  Identifying, structuring, and executing partnerships are essential functions to expand our impact and accelerate growth. This includes potential partnerships with philanthropic planning and sector thought leaders, non-profits, and other key external vendors that align with our mission and business objectives.

What you are good at

Integrating insights, identifying competitive gaps, and creating a robust strategic roadmap to launch new and evergreen educational content, tools, and resources for a B2B to B2C audience.Identifying, prioritizing, and fostering strong relationships with existing and new third-party partners and vendors to enhance product education.Designing innovative test and learn initiatives to promote continuous learning on how we best bring to life our product education strategy.Driving cross-functional collaboration and partnering with key internal partners to deliver a robust product education library establishing DAFgiving360 as a thought leader.Developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to deliver basic and advanced philanthropic education, tools and resources delivered via sales, partner communications and various DAFgiving360 owned channels.Defining, owning, and analyzing program/partnership success metrics to continuously optimize and inform future education strategies.Delivering basic product education brilliantly, while staying ahead of sector trends to become the “go-to” source of basic and advanced product education for key target audiences. What you have 5-10 years serving in the financial services industry or in a product/product marketing role focused on engagement with B2B to B2C relationships.Deep understanding of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) business preferred or extensive experience delivering product marketing content, tools, and resources.Customer-first approach to identifying the needs and motivations of a target audience and then building educational programs to deliver against audience insights.Experience curating compelling content and thought leadership by influencing the marketing plan or sourcing through third-party strategic partnerships.Strong curiosity and passion for creative problem solving with the ability to implement solutions thoughtfully and successfully.The demonstrated ability to experiment, innovate, and execute against a test and learn strategy as we build the organizational muscle to establish DAFgiving360 as a go-to resource for philanthropic education.Recognized ability to collaborate and develop trusted relationships with internal and external business partners.Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of a highly matrixed organization.Self-starter who thrives in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and manage deadlines autonomously.Outstanding interpersonal skills, including expert presentation and communication skills – both written and oral.Experience hosting and executing highly successful webinars to deliver engaging educational experiences.Advanced proficiency with Webinar vendors and Microsoft products, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Lists, Teams.Superior project management, go-to-market, and organizational skills.A sense of purpose, with the desire to make a difference and have fun.Bachelor’s degreeAbility to travel up to 25%  Options Apply for this jobApplyShareRefer a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
