**Position Summary:**
As a Solution Management Senior Manager, you will be an integral member of the Health Care Delivery (HCD) HR team. In this role, you play a critical role in supporting the strategic initiatives and operational functions of the HCD HRBP organization.
This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple projects, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. The incumbent will work closely with the Chief of Staff, HRBP leaders, HR Center of Excellence partners, business partners, and other stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Strategic Support of Management Process
+ Assist the Chief of Staff and HRBP leadership in developing, implementing and monitoring progress of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
+ Support the operating rhythm and management processes for the HRBP team and in support of the business, including meeting preparation and tracking of objectives and key results.
+ Translate enterprise/CPO priorities into actionable workstreams, track progress, and surface risks.
Project Management
+ Lead and manage key HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
+ Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and monitor progress against goals.
Communication and Collaboration
+ Facilitate communication between the HR Business Partner team, HR Centers of Excellence and business partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on HR initiatives.
+ Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
Data Analysis and Insights
+ Maintain regular HCD HR reporting.
+ Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
+ Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Operational Support for Other HCD HRBP Teams
+ Support the HR Business Partner team in day-to-day operations.
+ Support data gathering, structure modeling, and change planning for org design and structure optimization initiatives.
+ Step into time-bound projects or initiatives to provide project leadership when strategic bandwidth is needed.
+ Capture lessons learned from embedded work and feed them back into segment-wide standards.
+ Maintain central resources for HRBPs to support in their continued grow, development, and ease of access to information.
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to promote HR initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
+ Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Continuous Improvement
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to support successful execution of HR strategic priorities.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of experience in HR, operations, project management, or a related field
+ 3+ years of project management/program experience
+ Ability to travel up to 10% (including plane)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Experience in a corporate HR environment, particularly in a business partner model
**Education:**
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
