Your New Role:
As Sr. Manager of Security Architecture, ideal candidate is expected to:

Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture framework, ensuring scalability and resilience.Manage and lead technical staff in accordance with WBD’s policies and structures.Provide technical leadership and management of Security initiatives from conception through deployment and handover.Collaborate with our corporate functions, including Internal Audit, Legal and Compliance, Privacy, and Sourcing, to ensure that WBD maintains a strong cybersecurity posture.Develop and maintain a comprehensive vision and strategy for enterprise-wide security architecture initiatives to effectively and securely support the organization in meeting specific business technology needs.Drive consideration of cybersecurity tools and datasets to enhance detective and preventive control sets.Understand technical security issues and the implications to WBD businesses and be able to communicate them to management and other business leaders.Maintain and enforce WBD’s cybersecurity policies, standards, baselines, and secure design documentation.Execute and improve WBD’s security architecture review process and ensure compliance with all business initiatives.Execute and improve WBD’s policy exception technical review process and ensure compliance with all business initiatives.Lead the design and deployment of internal security solutions (e.g., SIEM, EDR, firewalls, SOAR, Vulnerability Scanning and Data Management Tools, deception technology, etc.).Lead security reviews of AI-related projects, conducting threat modeling and risk assessments for both proprietary and third-party AI integrations.Educate stakeholders on AI security best practices through documentation, training, and architectural guidance.

Your Role Accountabilities:

Provide technical leadership and management of Security initiatives from conception through deployment and handover.Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture framework, ensuring scalability and resilience.Manage and lead technical staff in accordance with WBD’s policies and structures.Conduct security audits and assessments to regularly determine the effectiveness of security platforms and identify areas of improvement.Research and explore emerging security technologies and determine their appropriate use within the company.Execute and improve WBD’s security policy exception and technical architecture review process

Qualifications & Experiences:

8+ years of experience in an Enterprise Security Architecture leadership role.8+ years of experience leading a global security team.Strong expertise in infrastructure security, cloud security, and security frameworks.In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, WAF, XDR, and other technologies.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.Capable of directing technical teams towards the methodical and expedient analysis of complex business architectures in a high-stress and visibility environment.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate within the context of the intended audience, whether that be senior executives or highly technical engineering resources.Hands on technical experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure and GCP) and concepts, specifically the security aspects thereof.Hands on technical experience with Network and Compute architectures and, specifically, the security aspects thereof.Hands-on Experience with emerging AI security standards

Not Required but preferred experience:

Security and Cloud certifications are a plus. (CISSP, etc.)
