Your role at Baxter

Ensure accurate, collaborative, and strategic demand planning for the Healthcare Systems & Technologies (HST) business unit to ensure timely product availability, minimize stock-out risks, and optimize inventory levels. This position owns the demand forecasting process, serving as a liaison between commercial, marketing, operations, finance, and supply teams.

What you'll be doing

Foster a culture of compliance with ethical business standards and practices in the organization.

Implement Baxter's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy, and support the associated processes.

Identify Baxter's compliance and legal risks in the country/cluster.

Prepare and update the product forecast of products in the HST portfolio.

Coordinate monthly demand consensus meetings for sales and operations planning

Analyze historical sales behavior, market trends, and seasonality.

Validate new product launch scenarios and catalog changes, as well as follow up on products at risk of shortages or over-inventory

Generate demand and inventory analysis reports, and document and continuously improve demand planning processes.

Consolidate the monthly sales forecast in collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply chain.

Evaluate and report key indicators: Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Fill Rate, and Inventory.

Identify risks and opportunities that affect demand and propose action plans.

Ensure compliance with the schedule and deliverables of the S&OP process.

Participate in strategic projects to improve planning processes and operational efficiency.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree completed in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related.

Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, supply chain management, or related areas.

Proven experience of at least 5 years in the sales and business intelligence area

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical devices is highly encouraged

Desired knowledge in: S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes; analysis of historical data and statistical projection; Demand planning and inventory control models; sanitary regulations

Management of ERP systems (preferably sophisticated Excel, Power BI.
