**Sr. Manager, Safety, Health, Environmental & Security (SHE&S)** **Belvidere, NJ (On-site)** The **Sr. Manager, Safety, Health, Environmental & Security (SHE&S)** is responsible for driving culture change and ensuring injury free safety performance at the Belvidere, NJ site, one of the largest sites in North America. This role will manage a variety of different SHE risks including: PSM operations, flammable solvent operation, combustible dusts, self-heating substances, all life savings rules associated risks, etc. **Key Responsibilities:** + Leads and develops Site SHE Culture & Systems to achieve zero injuries and leak free + Ensures compliance with all Federal, state and local SHE regulations and dsm-firmenich requirements at the Belvidere site + Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, this include Title V permit, OSHA PSM Operations and permits with NJDEP.
