Sr. Manager, SA Strategic Account Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic account sales revenue by collaborating with Danaher different platform and OpCo sales and marketing teamDrive Strategic Account strategy and implementation, including but not limited to innovation related to local policy, stakeholder mapping, key partner profiling etc.Drive incremental revenue on top of OpCos by cultivating the needs of strategic accounts including but not limited to universities, hospitals and BioparksLeverage the resources of Danaher corporate and generate as many of sales funnels 12-18 months aheadDevelop sustainable and replicable SA partnership models that can be leveraged by SA salesDrive SA value proposition, playbook and tool developmentSupport GM on account planning, sales force productivity tracking and improvementDrive internal cooperation with multiple internal functions like S&T/Medical Affairs/Digital, DV, M&A, Clinical Affairs, ExA internal team as well as businesses for effective cooperationAttend SA team weekly/monthly reviews and provide customer insightsSupport GM to scout for right partners and cover external partners to enable SA salesQualification:
Education background: bachelor’s degree or above in Life science,Public Health, Public Administration. Majored in Biology preferred.At least 8-10years healthcare and life science research market filed related working experience with enterprise,government, Fortune 500 MNC, famous Chambers/Association/NGOs in China Professional knowledge and skills: well-established university and hospital network, rich experience in government communication, Proved good relationship with key PIs.Excellent capabilities of working with others, coordination and persuasion, fluent English writing and speaking, proficiency in computer skills (Office, Outlook, etc.)Good understanding of healthcare sector Score-added: successful experience in developing government partnership programs, well connected with key government stakeholdersMust be independent and flexible carrying out work activities and effective at building relationship both internally and externally, proactive, self-motivated, clear thinking, opening-minded, teamwork, customer focus, good at working in a matrix teamBe able to work under pressure Willingness to be take additional work and be proactive in looking for opportunities to support businesses Reasonable amount of travel requiredJoin our winning team today.
