The Selling Partner Fees team owns the end-to-end fees experience for two million active third party sellers. This includes the fee strategy, platforms, operations, seller experience, integrity, and fee science. We provide scalable technology to monetize all services available to third-party sellers across Amazon Stores WW.
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Manager to own fee strategy, products and solutions across our fee platform and implementation domain. This leader will identify opportunities to improve CX, CtS and Seller Experience and partner with stakeholders across the business to develop business and fee strategy. This leader will partner with Tech and Ops colleagues to help execute the strategy , inspect performance, and optimize. You will own the vision for the space as well as the roadmap .
The ideal candidate will have natural business acumen, ability to dive deep and learn fast, to work with partners and earn trust, to identify opportunities and translate them into inventions , influence partners to align on the strategy, launch customer-facing features , and build feedback loops. You will lead a team of PMs on a similar mission , owning hiring and developing top talent.
Key job responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers. Oversee hiring and talent development within the team.
2. Own the vision and roadmap for the Selling Partner Fees domain. Develop and execute fee and business strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
3. Dive deep to identify opportunities to enhance Customer Experience (CX), Cost to Serve (CtS), and Seller Experience.
4. Translate business opportunities into innovative product solutions
5. Partner with Technical and Operations teams to implement strategies, monitor performance, and drive optimization.
6. Establish and maintain feedback loops for continuous improvement
