You’ll shape our product roadmap through data-driven insights, define success metrics, and ensure our decisions are grounded in evidence. This role blends hands-on analytics with strategic leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment. What You’ll Do + Lead a high-performing product analytics team that drives actionable insights. + Partner with product leaders to define KPIs, measure adoption, and identify opportunities. + Own the analytics lifecycle: instrumentation, experimentation, reporting, and insights. + Run A/B tests, cohort analyses, and user segmentation to influence the roadmap. + Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure robust, reliable data infrastructure. + Mentor analysts to become strategic partners for product teams. What We’re Looking For + 8+ years in product/growth analytics, 2+ years in people management. + Strong SQL skills and experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude. + Proven ability to drive product decisions through data and experimentation. + Strong SaaS metrics knowledge and product-led growth experience. + Excellent communication skills and ability to turn data into clear narratives.
