**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead analytics for our Weight Management initiatives. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, guiding data strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable outcomes in support of our clinical and business goals.
The successful candidate will deliver data-driven insights and key performance indicators to support our program's strategy. They must synthesize strategic insights for leadership, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, solve new problems, and prioritize deliverables based on value. They must exhibit independent judgment, leverage subject matter experts, and influence executive decision-making with strategic recommendations.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies to support weight management programs, including member engagement, clinical outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.
+ Collaborates with Clinical Program Leads, Product Managers, Data Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership to define KPIs, design experiments, and evaluate program performance.
+ Directly and indirectly manage a team of analysts and data scientists, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and career development.
+ Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders.
+ Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with internal and external standards.
+ Partner with enterprise analytics and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
+ 5 + years of proven experience in healthcare, wellness, or population health analytics.
+ 5 + years of strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Public Health, Data Science).
+ Familiarity with clinical data, claims, EMR, or pharmacy data.
+ Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
+ Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
**Education:**
Bachelor's degree; may consider comparable work experience
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
