The company, formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses, is headquartered in Arlington, VA. **The following position is to join our RTX Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team:** RTX has an opening for a **Sr. Manager,** **Plan to Sustain Data Specialist - SAP S/4 Hana Process and Systems Transformation (PST)** (Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) position. **The Plan to Sustain (P2S) Data Specialist with a focus on Digital Technology (DT) will play a key role in the SAP S/4 ERP project, ensuring that the P2S processes—which encompass planning, manufacturing, logistics execution, and Global Trade Services (GTS)—are seamlessly integrated with data management strategies and the Common Information Model (CIM). This DT professional will collaborate closely with P2S Functional and Technical teams to understand the process design, its impact on data architecture, integration, and governance.** The P2S Data Specialist will also bring expertise in data management from a DT perspective, ensuring successful data migration, governance, and analytics for P2S processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Project responsibilities are dynamic and will evolve based on project phase. **What You Will Do:** **Technical Data Integration and Alignment** : + Collaborate with P2S Functional and Technical teams to understand and translate process designs into data architecture requirements within the SAP S/4HANA system. + Enable analysis of current P2S processes from a data architecture perspective, identifying technical gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for optimization. + Ensure that data models and structures are aligned with the P2S process design, ensuring that data flows between systems are optimized for performance and reliability. **Data Migration** : + Collaborate with DT teams to design and implement data migration strategies that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data. + Help develop and execute validation scripts and tests to ensure data quality during and after migration. **Data Governance** : + Work with DT and Data Governance teams to establish and enforce data governance policies related to the P2S domain, including technical data standards, metadata management, and data security. + Ensure that the CIM is integrated into the broader data governance framework, providing a consistent data structure across the organization. + Implement data quality management tools and techniques to continuously monitor and improve the quality of P2S data. **Data Analytics and Reporting** : + Collaborate with the DT Analytics team to ensure that the CIM supports advanced data analytics and reporting capabilities for planning, manufacturing, logistics, and trade compliance. + Assist in design and development of data models and structures that facilitate efficient data retrieval and analysis in the SAP S/4HANA environment. + Support the development of P2S-related dashboards, KPIs, and reports by providing technical expertise on data architecture and integration. **Stakeholder Engagement** : + Engage with DT and business stakeholders, including process owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, to ensure that data architecture and management practices meet business needs. + Facilitate technical workshops and meetings to communicate data requirements, CIM updates, and project progress from a DT perspective. + Serve as a technical liaison between DT and business teams, ensuring that data management practices support the overall goals of the SAP S/4 ERP project. + Travel up to 30% **Qualifications You Must Have** : + Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in DT-focused data management, with a focus on Plan to Sustain (P2S) processes within an ERP environment and a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 8+ years’ related work experience. + Experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the areas of data architecture, integration, and data migration for Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics Execution, and Global Trade Services (GTS) processes. + Proven track record in developing and managing Common Information Models (CIM) or similar data frameworks within a DT setting. + Business Warehouse, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Snowflake. + Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract **Qualifications We Prefer** : + Deep understanding of P2S processes from a DT perspective, including production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), shop floor control, logistics execution, and trade compliance. + Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration within SAP environments. + Strong experience with data governance, including metadata management, data quality management, and data security. + Proficiency in SQL, SAP HANA, data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services), and data analytics platforms. + Ability to travel up to 30% **Learn More & Apply Now!** **Work Location:** Remote _Please consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role:_ **Remote:** This position is currently designated as remote. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
