Sr. Manager, Mitigation Services Marketing

We are seeking a high-energy, driven, and focused individual to join our team as a Senior Manager, Mitigation Services Marketing and business development lead. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our mitigation services operations by managing credit sales and spearheading business development initiatives.

Travel requirements: 15% to 20%

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Sales Management:

Lead and manageall aspects of mitigation credit sales in the Carolinas and Georgia, including identifying potential buyersManage the sales disposition process including negotiating deal terms and securing internal approvalsPartner with in-house legal team to generate sales contracts in alignment with agreed upon terms and conditionsDevelop and implementstrategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseMaintain and buildstrong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, environmental consultants, and other stakeholders to facilitate credit salesMonitor market trendsand competitor activities to identify new sales opportunitiesBuild short and long-term strategies to deliver business objectivesPrepare and presentdetailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Business Development:

Identify and pursuenew business opportunities to expand our mitigation service programDevelop and executebusiness development strategies to increase market share and revenueBuild and maintainstrategic partnerships with industry leaders, suppliers, and clientsConduct market researchto stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory changesCollaborate with cross-functional teamsto develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and maximize profitabilityOversee the planning and executionof lead generation activities and ensure alignment with overall business goals

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $117,300-$176,100 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation:We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
