This is an outstanding opportunity to drive innovation and implement central initiatives in a collaborative and inclusive environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Coordinate activities for direct reports, including Product, Process, Manufacturing, and Project engineers. + Develop strategic plans, including capex justification and project execution. + Manage validations and ensure flawless product and process implementations. + Build and document production and assembly processes to meet customer requirements. + Provide methods and measurement parameters for efficient manufacturing timelines. + Implement accurate product and process transfers to the Tijuana facility, including Master Validation Plans. + Develop and manage all engineering procedures to meet certifications such as ISO and CTPAT. + Coordinate the Engineering department's budget. **Desired Skills and Experience** + Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects. + Solid knowledge of Molding processes (desirable). + Outstanding skills in project management and planning. + Strong ability to build and manage production and assembly processes. + Experience with product and process validation and certification requirements. + Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
