Sr. Manager, Logistics Transformation

The **Senior** **Manager of Logistics Transformation** role is responsible for driving significant changes within logistics operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance aligned to organizational strategy. The primary responsibility is to serve in a leadership role for the development and execution of the business plan for process optimization, service performance enhancement, and integration of 3rd Party Service Providers for overall logistics improvement. In addition to delivering results, this role is expected to lead the creation of global program standards for the management of 3rd Party Logistics service partners in collaboration with cross-functional leads from operations, IT, finance, and human resources. This position reports to the Senior Director, Transformation Logistics, and is based out of either Bozeman, MT, Irvine, CA, San Diego, CA, or Logan, UT offices. **As the Senior Manager of Logistics Transformation, you will have an opportunity to:** + **3PL Provider Management** : + Support negotiation of contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with 3PL providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services. + Develop global 3PL standards for service and cost reporting, Monthly / Quarterly business reviews, and KPI measurement. + Monitor and manage the performance of 3PL providers, ensuring they meet agreed-upon KPIs and quality standards. + Address any issues or disputes with 3PL providers and implement corrective actions as needed. + Foster strong partnerships with 3PL providers to drive innovation and continuous improvement. + **Strategic Logistics Planning** : + Participate in the development of logistics strategy(ies) that align with the company's long-term business objectives. + **Process Optimization** : + Analyze current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. + Implement process changes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. + **Performance Metrics and Reporting** : + Establish performance scorecard and reporting standards for 3PL Distribution service providers + Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting performance, improvements, and areas of concern. + **Risk Management and Compliance** : + Identify and implement risk management strategies to minimize disruptions in logistics service operations. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including international trade laws and safety standards. + **Stakeholder Collaboration** : + Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, finance, operations, regional 3PL relationship teams, IT) to ensure logistics strategies support overall business goals. + Develop strong relationships with external partners (e.g., suppliers, third-party logistics providers) to ensure effective logistics operations. + **Sustainability Initiatives** : + Develop and implement logistics strategies that support the company's sustainability goals. + Identify opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of logistics operations. **You Have:** + Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. + Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, process design, and financial performance analysis + Specific knowledge and experience within multi-channel retail fulfillment and returns market + Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. + Proficiency in logistics software and tools, including WMS, TMS, and ERP systems. + Project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale logistics projects. + Experience in leading organizational changes and driving a culture of continuous improvement. + Ability to manage resistance to change and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. + Strong understanding of financial metrics and their application in logistics management. + Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for logistics operations. \#LI-KR1 **Pay Range:** Annual Salary: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
